This circuit is intended to be used to track a NOAA satellite for High Resolution Picture Transmission. The motor must be used to dynamically control the position of the antenna for real time tracking based on pre-determined inputsCircuits for Servo motor control of an antenna.?
There are COTS (commercial off the shelf) systems that will do this for you. You need 2 axes of motion on your antenna (azimuth and altitude). You could set up the system to feed these values and have it position, or you could set it up to ';find'; the signal.
